OMG. This is the COOLEST thing that has EVER happened to me! I won a scholarship!!!!

OMG. OMG. OMG. I feel like a two year old that just got the gift I've been pining for for EVER!

I came home today to find a letter from the Douglas College Financial Aid office. I have been awarded the Ken McGlinchey English Scholarship which will pay for all of next semester. I'm not sure how I was entered into it but I have a feeling my old English prof may have put my name forward. Either way, I can't begin to tell you how thrilling this all is. It's a really nice feeling.

Now I just have to keep at it and win another one!
