We're kickin' it old skool style today! WOOHOO!

Seriously, it's been a good couple of days and yesterday I happen to hear someone talk about Vanilla Ice and I just had to post this today. Ah. The memories.

When I was in grade 6, I was in a dance group with some friends and we created an entire dance routine to this song. We even performed it on sports day in front of the entire school, parents, teachers and volunteers. We thought we were soooo cool. That was also the year that I discovered kissing, makeup, hoop earrings and hair spray. Oh the good old days.

The awards tea yesterday was VERY nice. The people that gave me the award were amazing and great and it was fun talking to them. They took a picture of me with the donors and I'll be sure to post it when I receive it. I'll relay the rest of the story then.
