As per usual, I stayed pretty far away from New Year's resolutions this year but I made a rash decision a few hours ago that I'm (surprisingly) not regretting. After sitting on 3 DVDs for the last 2 months, I've decided to finally cancel my Zip.ca membership.
The Canadian equivalent of Netflix, I've loved the service (which I've subscribed to for almost 3 years) but have found that over the last few months, I've simply not been making the best use of it and so, rather than keep shelling out $25 per month to rent 3 DVDs for 6 weeks, I've decided to pack it in. Honestly, I wouldn't mind paying for the service if it included a streaming option but until then, I've decided to call it a day. Here's hoping they add this feature or that Netflix finally moves up North. In the meantime, there's always the video store...

$25 a month for three DVDs seems a bit pricey!

When I first signed up it was awesome because I was averaging 5 movies a week which is awesome but with so much other stuff going on, it's just not worthwhile anymore.
