Since it doesn't look like H.R. Giger's "Dune" designs will ever see the light of day (I find it increasingly difficult to believe the new version of "Dune" in the works will be any good and even bother going down the "dark" road), I find it endlessly amusing that the Japanese jumped on this bandwagon decades ago.
